Wow... This is really unlike your usual stuff. But it's beautiful. *nodnod* I love the contrast between the reds in her hair and the green around and on her. Wonderful job!! You should do more like these!!
Whoa. i don't know what to say yet... ... so the paint has finally dried...This is SO different, she's got a kind of hellenistic feel about her... very untimely. Somehow reminds me of an ancient fresque alledgedly representing Sapho. The tones are deep, brilliant and saturated, is it acrylic? ... whoa i'm amazed, and disoriented (as a watcher, not by the uncanny beauty of her).
Wow. I agree with what someone else said about the Hellenistic feel, though this also reminds me of the Pre-Raphaelites (in particular Burne-Jones and Rossetti). This is a really amazing piece.
thankyou...credit on this one can only be for the actual paintwork..the inspiration is all thanks to burne jones well spotted although my personal opinion is i didn't do her justice ...but i guess i gave her a ninke twinge.
When is enough enough... What difference does it make when popular artist vent vent vent and support a site that tolerates deviant behaviour. HA! no wonder its all in a name.
